At Gump's, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer concierge service with your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Gump's gift box and shipping container, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
